About
Laura M. LoGiudice is a Partner at Green Savits, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a general litigator in private practice representing clients in a wide variety of matters before federal, state and administrative courts in both New Jersey and New York. Since joining the firm in 2017, her practice has been focused solely on employment law litigation on behalf of employees.
Ms. LoGiudice represents individuals in relation to various employment issues, including claims of discrimination, equal pay, hostile work environment, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistle-blower, FMLA violations, failure to provide reasonable accommodations and wage and hour violations. She has litigated against both large corporate entities and small businesses, achieving favorable resolutions for her clients.
In addition, Ms. LoGiudice has negotiated and drafted separation agreements, employment agreements and non-competition agreements.
Ms. LoGiudice strives to provide caring representation to individuals whose livelihoods are threatened by the illegal actions of their employers. When faced with such unsettling situations, Ms. LoGiudice believes it is essential for individuals to have an advisor they can trust to provide an honest assessment of their legal rights, so that they can make informed decisions to best protect their interests.
