Laura M. LoGiudice

Laura M. LoGiudice is a Partner at Green Savits, LLC, having joined the firm in 2017.  She was admitted to practice law in 1999.  Prior to joining the firm, she spent the majority of her career as a general litigator in private practice representing clients in a wide variety of matters before federal, state and administrative courts in both New Jersey and New York with a focus on employment law matters.  She then brought her years of experience to a national hospice where she worked as in-house counsel, gaining experience in additional areas such as Healthcare privacy, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, licensing, anti-kickback and false claims act violations.

Experience & Expertise

Ms. LoGiudice represents individuals in relation to various employment issues, including claims of discrimination, equal pay, hostile work environment, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistle-blower, FMLA violations, failure to provide reasonable accommodations and wage and hour violations.  She has litigated against both large corporate entities and small businesses, achieving favorable resolutions for her clients.  For example, she has obtained six-figure settlements against both global corporate conglomerates and small businesses, in claims alleging, among others, age discrimination, sexual orientation hostile work environment, sexual harassment hostile work environment, whistleblower retaliation and violation of equal pay laws.

In addition, Ms. LoGiudice has negotiated and drafted separation agreements, employment agreements and non-competition agreements, defended individuals accused of breaching non-competition agreements, performed workplace internal investigations, and represented employees subject to workplace internal investigations.

Ms. LoGiudice was a Master in New Jersey’s Sidney Reitman Employment Law American Inn of Court, and a member of the Program Committee where she assisted in preparing programs designed to educate new lawyers in the fundamentals of practicing employment law.  As in-house counsel, she provided training to managers and human resource personnel on employment law matters such as implementing FMLA leave, providing reasonable accommodations, and addressing claims of discrimination, harassment, or other wrongdoing by employees. 

Ms. LoGiudice has also been a speaker at various employment law seminars provided to practicing attorneys which they are required to attend to obtain State required continuing legal education credits. 

Ms. LoGiudice strives to provide caring representation to individuals whose livelihoods are threatened by the illegal actions of their employer.  When faced with such unsettling situations, Ms. LoGiudice believes it is essential for individuals to have an advisor they can trust to provide an honest assessment of their legal rights, so that they can make informed decisions to best protect their interests.
